- Remove the lid and microwave on low level in 30 second intervals 3 to 4 times to avoid burning the chocolate
- You can also use a 'bain-marie' (hot water bath) for 15 to 20 minutes
- Stir well with a spoon several times to get a smooth texture
- The special stoneware jar keeps the Chocolate Fondue warm and melted on your table for 45 minutes minimum
- May be kept and reheated several times until finished
